'Moving with Fascia: A 21st Century Emerging Human Biology' - with Kevin O'Connor : 4 Feb – 11 Mar 2021 at at 17:00 - 18:30 UK Time

‘MOVING WITH FASCIA’ – This is a 6-week series of workshops guided by Kevin O’Connor that bridges movement, theory and science in relation to fascia – we will walk, dance, and be moved by metaphors, images, models, scientific research and somatic practices cultivated in relation to fascia.

Then he will emcee live performances from artists from around the world.



No better way to start the new year.  Two levels of Daoyin Breathwork Drop-In Classes – ‘Introductory’ and ‘Continuing’.  Breathing exercises and ancient techniques taught by Dr Alex Boyd to help ease aches and pains, increase aerobic fitness and develop resilience & mental toughness. Tues & Weds 7.30 – 8.30pm UK Time
