Come join Dylan Bolles, Jon Petter, and Will Crawford as we co-create a pathway through silence and sound, stillness and movement, as we find a place from which to listen, express and connect together. Our Healing Hub is open to anyone who wishes to join a free-thinking, non-judgemental space in an exploration focused around the journey of Inhale, Pause, and Sound.

Leave behind the stresses and anxieties of the day and come together in a soft playful practice of connecting to the body and breath, and interacting in stillness and sound.

Allow the music to centre and focus your mind
Using music as your guide, allow calming sounds and soft vibrations to help you slow down, quiet your mind, and relax your body.
Sing from your boots. Sway and sound. Use your connection to ground to lift even the smallest sound out and away. Use your connection to ground to plant the sound like a root and give you confidence to connect with others.
Come with space to swing your arms, and a comfortable place to sit.
Participants are invited to bring along headphones or a speaker for a better listening experience.
Please be sure to update your Zoom account to ensure there is no interference with your connection and that you can access some newer features. You can update it by going to your Zoom app and clicking on zoom.us in the upper left hand corner and clicking on updates in the drop down menu.
We also recommend you set your Audio Settings for optimal use: click on the up arrow to the right of your microphone icon that says “Mute” beneath it, then on “Audio Settings” at the bottom of the drop down menu. When your Settings box opens, we suggest:
· setting your Speaker Output Volume slider to about ¾ of the way
· setting your Microphone Input Volume slider to about ¾ of the way
· unchecking the box next to “Automatically adjust microphone volume”
· leaving “Suppress background noise” on Auto
· checking the box next to “Show in-meeting option to “Enable Original Sound” from Microphone”
· if you have decent bandwidth, check the box next to High-fidelity music mode and turn OFF echo cancellation
