Intercultural Roots commissioned 12 practitioners and offered their classes to a wide range of communities. Alongside the contracted work for practitioners, we  also supported them with accredited Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training. Classes and workshops the practitioners delivered involved Qi Gong, Contemporary Dance, Voice and Singing, Salsa, Somatic Practices, Visual Arts and Performance.   When Covid struck in March 2020 we felt obliged to provide an online environment 'Get Active Online' from where practitioners could continue to deliver classes.
