I am a somatic based movement artist. My research focusses on the potential of creativity to unravel multi-dimensional layers of our reality, fostering organic ways of entering in relationship with ourselves and the world. I find the ongoing dialogue between perception and imagination a tool to rediscover the value of embodied knowledge and the awareness of belonging to a wider sense of Self. I graduated in Choreography at Dartington College of Arts (UK) in 2006, furthering my studies at SNDO Amsterdam(NL), exploring Grotowsky’s methodology during Milon Mela Theater House residency in India (2009) and deepening my practice of Contact Improvisation (P.O.R.C.H Ponderosa 2012 amongst other). In 2016 I received a Masters in Creative Practice at Trinity Laban Conservatory of Music and Dance, after which my research oriented more significantly towards the healing of our relationship with the Earth and the Universe we are also made of.
