Shabari Rao is an independent artist and researcher based in Bangalore, India. Her work focuses on the relationship between body, identity, and power, and takes the shape of performing, directing, teaching, writing, and more recently, experimental film and audio work. In 2020 she was scheduled to be an Artist in Residence at New York University, and the inaugural Global South Fellow at the International Federation for Theater Research conference in Galway, Ireland. Shabari holds a BA in Kathak and Choreography, a Professional Diploma in Dance Studies (Trinity Laban Conservatoire, UK) and an MA with distinction, in Dance and Education (Royal Academy of Dance, UK).
Will Crawford is a Classical Guitarist and Composer studying at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire. His work primarily centres around performance, composition, and education. Will’s career has involved him performing in a multitude of environments and genres. Will is the founder of the company ‘quiet note.’ Through music, quiet note helps people gain a deeper understanding of meditation and mindfulness.
