'Daoyin' breathwork originates from ancient China and as a 'respiration therapy' can be a complimentary aid to detoxifying and re-oxygenating every cell in our body, helping to reduce stress and increase levels of vitality - chi (qi) energy. In this series of five videos you will learn how to practice at least five Daoyin exercises correctly while discovering some of the guiding theories and principles of practice that relate to Taoism and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
